Privacy Policy

DinkelPinkel processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Address details
• Email address
• Information about your activities on our website

Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data from being collected without parental consent.

If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at hello@merchpipeline.com, and we will delete this information.

DinkelPinkel processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide you with the opportunity to create an account
• To process your payment
• To send our newsletter and/or promotional materials
• To contact you by phone or email when necessary to perform our services
• To inform you about changes to our services and products
• To deliver goods and services to you

DinkelPinkel does not use automated decision-making.

DinkelPinkel does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We apply a retention period of 24 months for personal data.

DinkelPinkel shares personal data with third parties when needed to provide the service or complete a purchase, when required by law, for the payment and commission processing described below, and when you consent to optional affiliate browser tracking.

When you make a purchase, Stripe Managed Payments (through Link) acts as the Merchant of Record and processes the payment and related transaction information. Stripe may process account, contact, billing, and purchase details to complete the transaction, meet tax and invoicing obligations, and handle payment support or refund requests.

Refgrow operates our affiliate program. When optional affiliate tracking is enabled, it may receive the referral code and page and referrer URLs needed to record a referral. For a verified signup attributed to a referral, we send the referral code, the account email, and a stable account reference. New checkouts may include a referral code in Stripe Checkout metadata. Our Stripe integration also sends payment events to Refgrow for attribution and commission processing; an existing customer, email, or subscription link may continue to be used for later subscription payments after you withdraw browser consent.

Essential browser storage supports your Supabase sign-in session, selected language, and interface preferences such as dismissed tips. The affiliate portal uses separate browser storage to keep its login working. These essential items are not used for optional affiliate tracking.

We store your cookie choice in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. Refgrow's tracking script and its request for tracking data are loaded only after you choose “Accept all”. While enabled, Refgrow uses a first-party referral cookie configured for up to 30 days and may store referral or partner identifiers in browser storage. The script can receive the current page URL and referrer; accepted referral signups and new checkouts may provide the data described above.

You can choose “Essential only” or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. This stops new browser-based referral capture in this service and removes known Refgrow tracking cookies and storage from the current host and its MerchPipeline parent domain. It does not retract data already sent, change a checkout already initiated, delete transaction or commission records, or remove an existing Refgrow customer or subscription link. Refgrow may continue to process payment events for an already-linked customer or subscription, including later recurring payments. Stripe and Link may use their own cookies on Stripe-hosted checkout; this setting does not control Stripe's cookie choices.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by DinkelPinkel. In addition, you have the right to data portability.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, transfer of your personal data, withdrawal of your consent, or objection to the processing of your personal data to hello@merchpipeline.com.

To ensure that the access request has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identification document with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request within four weeks.

DinkelPinkel would also like to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

DinkelPinkel takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
