Terms of Use

Users may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, reputation, or intended operation of the service.

Users may not copy, scrape, disrupt, overload, misrepresent, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, nor use it in a way that infringes the rights of the operator or others.

Where account, client-area, or member access is offered, users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity performed through their accounts.

The operator may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, handle non-payment, respond to misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Where the service offers paid access, orders, subscriptions, digital resources, physical goods, or professional services, pricing, availability, taxes, and payment timing should match what is shown at checkout, in an order form, or in a written service confirmation.

The operator may correct obvious errors, refuse orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled, or require confirmation before a custom or professional-service engagement becomes binding.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled according to the cancellation route and timing shown at checkout, in the account area, or in the applicable order confirmation.

Cancellation and renewal details should be easy to find before purchase and inside any account or support flow where subscription management is available.

Refund, return, or cancellation rights apply according to the operator's published policy, the terms shown at checkout or confirmation, and any mandatory consumer-law requirements that apply.

The current reference is: No refund, return or cancellation due to it being a digital product.

The operator may maintain, update, improve, restrict, replace, or discontinue parts of the service where needed for security, reliability, product development, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Standard support is provided through the contact routes made available by the operator and should not be read as a guaranteed response or resolution time unless separately promised.

The service, including its software, branding, design, text, media, documentation, templates, examples, and other materials, remains the property of the operator or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Users may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected materials except where explicitly permitted by law, the service, or written permission from the operator.

The operator may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, handle non-payment, or respond to misuse, security concerns, or harmful conduct.

Termination does not waive rights, liabilities, payment obligations, confidentiality duties, ownership provisions, or other terms that by their nature should survive the end of access, the end of a transaction, or the end of a service relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service.
