Terms of Use

Users may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, reputation, or intended operation of the service.

Users may not copy, scrape, disrupt, overload, misrepresent, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, nor use it in a way that infringes the rights of the operator or others.

Users are solely responsible for the designs, prompts, reference images, and text they submit to or generate through the service, and for how those outputs are subsequently used, published, or sold.

Users may not use the service to create, upload, or generate designs that infringe or misappropriate the rights of any third party. This includes copyrighted works, characters, artwork, and photographs; registered and unregistered trademarks, brand names, logos, and slogans; the name, image, likeness, voice, or persona of any real person, living or deceased; and any other intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or moral right.

Users may not submit prompts or reference material intended to imitate a protected brand, franchise, character, or an artist's distinctive style, nor attempt to circumvent the service's automated checks. Any trademark, copyright, or quality check offered by the service is an aid only. It is not legal advice and does not constitute rights clearance. Users remain responsible for carrying out their own clearance before publishing or selling any design.

Users may not use the service to generate designs that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that promote violence or illegal activity.

The operator may remove content, refuse or cancel jobs, withhold outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts for breach of this section, without refund. Users agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless against claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from designs they submit, generate, publish, or sell in breach of this section.

Where account, client-area, or member access is offered, users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity performed through their accounts.

The operator may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, handle non-payment, respond to misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Where the service offers paid access, orders, subscriptions, digital resources, physical goods, or professional services, pricing, availability, taxes, and payment timing should match what is shown at checkout, in an order form, or in a written service confirmation.

Paid plans, subscriptions and token packages are offered to business customers only and may be purchased solely for purposes relating to a trade or profession, including a sole trader’s business. They are not offered for personal or household use. Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.

Public subscription and token-pack prices are shown in EUR before applicable tax. Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments; Stripe, through Link, acts as the Merchant of Record. Stripe calculates and collects applicable indirect taxes where supported, and hosted Stripe Checkout shows the applicable tax and final amount before payment. Stripe/Link provides the transaction confirmation and applicable invoice. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, with payment support also available through Link.

The operator may correct obvious errors, refuse orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled, or require confirmation before a custom or professional-service engagement becomes binding.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled according to the cancellation route and timing shown at checkout, in the account area, or in the applicable order confirmation.

Cancellation and renewal details should be easy to find before purchase and inside any account or support flow where subscription management is available.

Refund, return, or cancellation rights apply according to the operator's published policy, the terms shown at checkout or confirmation, and any mandatory consumer-law requirements that apply.

Refund eligibility for digital purchases is governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer-law rights. Please review that policy for the conditions that apply to token purchases, technical issues, and subscriptions.

The operator may maintain, update, improve, restrict, replace, or discontinue parts of the service where needed for security, reliability, product development, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

Standard support is provided through the contact routes made available by the operator and should not be read as a guaranteed response or resolution time unless separately promised.

The service, including its software, branding, design, text, media, documentation, templates, examples, and other materials, remains the property of the operator or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Users may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit protected materials except where explicitly permitted by law, the service, or written permission from the operator.

Designs generated through the service are provided for the user's own use, subject to the Prohibited Design Content section above. The operator gives no warranty that a generated design is free of third-party rights.

The operator may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, handle non-payment, or respond to misuse, security concerns, or harmful conduct.

Termination does not waive rights, liabilities, payment obligations, confidentiality duties, ownership provisions, or other terms that by their nature should survive the end of access, the end of a transaction, or the end of a service relationship.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service.
